About the role
Lead technical conversations and design changes for metal injection molding products from quote through launch. Influence new products, applications, and markets in a customer-facing role.
What you’ll do
• Build engineering quotations for new products. • Recommend design changes for MIM manufacturing. • Lead manufacture and delivery of prototype samples. • Lead APQP team through Gate 1 and participate through Gate 5. • Support sales and product launch teams.
What you’ll bring
• Design experience with metal injection molded or powder metal components. • CAD design skills with solid model files. • Customer-facing technical experience. • Familiarity with APQP. • Background as Applications, Product, R&D, Design, or Project Engineer.
