About the role
This role bridges deep ML engineering and product impact, supporting customers from POC to production and prototyping applied AI use cases. It involves hands-on technical onboarding and feeding field insights into the product roadmap.
What you’ll do
• Build prototypes and demos across product portfolio. • Support customers through POC design and onboarding. • Research emerging applied AI techniques and create prototypes. • Provide feedback to influence product roadmap. • Develop reusable technical assets to reduce onboarding friction.
What you’ll bring
• Experience fine-tuning large models and optimizing GPU inference. • Fluent in PyTorch, HuggingFace, CUDA, Kubernetes, MLflow. • Worked with enterprise ML teams in engineering or solutions roles. • Regularly read and implement research papers. • Strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
