About the role
Help mitigate operational risks, ensure service continuity, and build Service Catalogue and SLO frameworks. Balance operational governance with long-term automation and reliability initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Strengthen operational controls and resilience. • Govern incident, change, release, and service management. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams. • Assist rollout of strategic engineering capabilities. • Develop automation and AI-assisted operational workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in SRE, Incident Response, or DevOps. • Experience defining and reporting SLOs and SLIs. • Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in scripting and automation.
