About the role
Own and build core financial backend systems ensuring transaction correctness and reliability. Design double-entry ledger and complex financial workflows for long-running processes.
What you’ll do
• Design and build double-entry ledger and money-movement engine. • Model complex financial workflows as reliable state machines. • Guarantee financial correctness under concurrency and idempotency. • Handle partial-failure and replay cases without data loss. • Build secure, well-versioned APIs and optimize PostgreSQL schemas.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years backend development on production systems. • Experience building ledgers or transaction-processing systems. • Deep knowledge of concurrency and idempotency handling. • Strong TDD practices and domain-driven design expertise. • Proficient in PostgreSQL and modern backend stacks.
