About the role
Build backend workflows that activate NodeZero customers from purchase to first pentest. Ensure accurate provisioning and entitlement application to reduce onboarding friction.
What you’ll do
• Design and operate backend services for account and asset provisioning. • Own projects from design through production support. • Build reliable asynchronous workflows with error handling. • Improve monitoring and troubleshoot provisioning failures. • Collaborate with licensing, Product, and customer teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 7+ years software engineering backend services. • Experience designing APIs and distributed workflows. • Strong SQL and cloud platform experience. • Experience with Docker and production operations.
