About the role
Lead bid teams to develop winning proposals for ultrapure water and microelectronics projects. Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature and project handover.
What you’ll do
• Lead bid team across multiple functions. • Manage end-to-end proposal development. • Facilitate strategy and coordination meetings. • Conduct compliance reviews of proposals. • Develop risk mitigation and opportunity strategies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred. • 8+ years in industrial water treatment proposal management. • Experience with ultrapure water or semiconductor water systems. • Familiarity with design-build delivery methods. • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
