About the role
Lead the growth agenda for Dangote Seasoning by developing and executing brand strategies to drive volume, revenue, market share, and brand equity in Nigeria's FMCG market.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute brand and portfolio strategies. • Lead annual brand planning and marketing budgets. • Drive brand awareness and market penetration. • Lead product innovation and commercialization. • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. • MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage. • 8-10 years in brand management including 3 years senior role. • Experience in FMCG, preferably food or seasoning. • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
