• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation and process improvement. • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io. • Professional certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA advantageous. • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline. • Understanding of AI, ML, and Generative AI concepts.
