What you’ll do
• Lead monthly performance reviews and prepare management reports. • Partner with business leaders on strategic plans and improvements. • Use BI tools to analyze data and automate reporting. • Guide junior analysts and ensure quality deliverables. • Coordinate planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in business performance or financial analysis. • Experience in energy or data-intensive industries preferred. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient with Power BI and advanced Excel. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
