About the role
Lead the architecture and execution of Pleo's 2027 integrated brand and GTM campaigns across multiple European markets. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver multi-channel marketing strategies for SMB to Enterprise segments.

• Translate brand strategy into actionable GTM campaign blueprints. • Lead cross-functional squads to execute multi-channel strategies. • Partner with local teams for campaign localization. • Manage campaign budget and calendar. • Track brand lift and pipeline growth.

• Proven multi-country B2B SaaS campaign leadership. • Experience with multi-channel GTM blueprints. • Ability to align cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of European market campaign adaptation. • Experience tracking brand-to-pipeline metrics.
