About the role
Lead the people side of large-scale enterprise technology and process change. Develop and execute organizational change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
What you’ll do
• Develop enterprise change management strategies and plans. • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses. • Manage change workstreams with clear scope and deliverables. • Build relationships with sponsors and coach them. • Define and track adoption and change-success metrics.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. • 8+ years in organizational change management. • Experience with large, complex initiatives. • Knowledge of structured change methodologies. • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
