About the role
Support continuous improvement culture by applying CI methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Use data analytics and lean tools to drive operational excellence in transportation.
What you’ll do
• Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps. • Develop and execute continuous improvement plans. • Manage CI and engineering projects. • Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen Events. • Provide regular progress reports and strategy recommendations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. • 5+ years in Transportation or Supply Chain. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint. • Experience with Lean tools and data analysis methods.
