About the role
Manage and maintain AWS cloud environments for the DOI USGS Permitting Modernization program. Ensure platform availability, security compliance, and support a large development workforce.
What you’ll do
• Administer AWS cloud environments for dev, test, staging, production. • Manage AWS Marketplace subscriptions and procurement. • Monitor environment health and remediate incidents. • Manage AWS support tickets and coordinate resolutions. • Administer user access and maintain security documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree + 10 years or equivalent experience. • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. • 5+ years cloud administration, 3+ years AWS experience. • Proficiency with AWS core services and IAM policies. • Experience with FedRAMP Moderate or higher cloud environments.
