About the role
Join Deepgram as a Senior Commercial Counsel to negotiate and close enterprise deals and shape legal strategy in AI. Support UK/EU and APAC business growth with scalable legal processes and cross-border compliance.
What you’ll do
• Structure and close enterprise sales and partnership agreements. • Support sales and business development teams. • Design scalable legal processes and templates. • Advise on privacy, IP, data security, and AI legal issues. • Navigate cross-border commercial and regulatory issues.
What you’ll bring
• JD, LLM, or equivalent law degree with 5–12 years experience. • Strong commercial transaction experience in UK/EU and APAC. • Fluency in IP, privacy, data security, and data licensing. • Experience with data protection and cross-border transfer mechanisms. • Exceptional writing and practical legal advice skills.
