About the role
Lead design, planning, and execution of compensation programs to attract, retain, and reward team members. Manage annual merit, promotion, equity, and bonus cycles with cross-functional partners.
What you’ll do
• Lead compensation programs from design through approvals and communication. • Define program calendars, controls, and success measures. • Ensure compliance and develop process documentation. • Analyze compensation data and partner with Finance. • Improve workflows and maintain audit documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience designing and operating corporate compensation programs. • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills. • Understanding of compensation governance and data integrity. • Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools. • Strong communication and partnership skills.
