About the role
Support the Medicare Compliance Advisory program ensuring alignment with CMS and regulations. Provide regulatory guidance, conduct research, and support audit readiness and compliance activities.
What you’ll do
• Execute Medicare Compliance Program per CMS and regulations. • Translate federal, state, contractual requirements into compliance guidance. • Develop regulatory communications and liaise with stakeholders. • Identify compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies. • Support audit activities and corrective action plans.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. • 5+ years compliance or risk management in regulated industry. • 4+ years compliance advisory experience. • 2+ years supporting Medicare Advantage/Part D or DSNP programs. • Strong communication and analytical skills.
