About the role

• Design strategic IT organization direction. • Lead transformation projects from analysis to implementation. • Develop IT and AI strategies and governance models. • Analyze organizational and process structures. • Plan and moderate workshops and support business development.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in economics, computer science or related field. • 3+ years in management or inhouse consulting or IT role. • Experience in IT strategy, AI/data strategy, governance or transformation. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Fluent German (C1) and English.
