About the role
Lead system implementations to streamline clinical trials using innovative software. Manage projects from design to rollout for life sciences customers.
What you’ll do
• Lead rapid installation of clinical solutions for Sponsors, CROs, and Research Centers. • Manage project lifecycle including planning, workshops, configuration, and go-live. • Serve as primary liaison managing communication and risks. • Mentor project teams and consultants. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, and Sales teams.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in life sciences or healthcare organizations. • Direct system implementation experience as consultant or IT representative. • Proven track record leading high-impact implementations. • Experience delivering workshops, training, and requirements gathering. • Knowledge of life sciences compliance and validation requirements. • Ability to work in Central or Eastern time zone.
