Senior Contracts And Budget Associate

About the role
Manage and negotiate clinical trial agreements and budgets. Coordinate contract execution and ensure alignment with project timelines.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and negotiate CDAs, CTAs, amendments, vendor contracts, and budgets. • Lead interactions with internal study teams and external sites. • Resolve contractual issues with stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company policies and contracting standards. • Maintain contract files and databases.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience. • 3 years experience drafting and negotiating clinical research agreements. • Experience in contract research, life science, biotech or pharmaceutical preferred. • Ability to manage contract process control and tracking.
