About the role
Lead the Credit Platform team to build scalable lending decision infrastructure and drive credit strategy. Shape credit valuation and platform capabilities for UK and global markets.
What you’ll do
• Define roadmap for Monzo's Credit Platform. • Lead evolution of credit valuation infrastructure. • Hire and develop a team of Credit Analysts. • Collaborate with Credit, Engineering, Product, and Data teams. • Represent Credit Platform to senior leaders.
What you’ll bring
• Extensive experience in unsecured lending. • Deep knowledge of lending economics and NPV modelling. • Strong leadership and team development skills. • Technical coding skills including SQL. • Experience partnering cross-functionally.
