Senior Customer Success Engineer, Audit

About the role
Own adoption, value realization, and workflow excellence for Fieldguide customers running audit engagements. Work hands-on inside the platform to help audit teams execute audits efficiently and at higher quality.
What you’ll do
• Own adoption and success for a portfolio of audit customers. • Drive platform adoption by configuring workflows and templates. • Translate audit standards into scalable workflows. • Lead customer enablement, training, and change management. • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide audit feedback and influence roadmap.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in public accounting, audit, or advisory. • Deep understanding of audit lifecycle and methodology. • Experience supporting complex multi-team audit environments. • Comfortable configuring software workflows and troubleshooting. • Strong communicator with practitioner mindset and training experience.
