About the role
Partner with customers across APJ to provide technical guidance and enablement for GitLab adoption. Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating measurable customer value.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical consultancy via Zoom and written channels. • Drive product adoption and customer value across APJ accounts. • Deliver technical guidance on DevSecOps workflows. • Plan and lead workshops, demos, and enablement sessions. • Contribute to documentation and mentor team members.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in technical consultancy via video and written channels. • Familiarity with DevSecOps workflows and practices. • Hands-on technical background in software or systems engineering. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Fluent in Japanese and English, based in Japan with full working rights.
