About the role
Partner with large customers to drive AI-driven customer service success and strategic outcomes. Guide C-suite and support teams through AI Agent transformation with Fin.
What you’ll do
• Own retention and health of high touch customer portfolio. • Drive value realization tied to business outcomes. • Build and prioritize Automation Roadmap for customers. • Develop trusted advisor relationships across accounts. • Lead requirements gathering and process mapping.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years customer-facing experience in consulting or SaaS CSM roles. • Experience with business process mapping and solution design. • Strong technical acumen and passion for AI. • Ability to communicate complex problems clearly. • Strong prioritization skills managing broad portfolios.
