About the role
Manage customer accounts to improve operations through digitization and ensure contract renewals. Partner with customers to deliver measurable impact and coordinate cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
• Manage portfolio of customer accounts monitoring adoption and health. • Serve as internal customer champion. • Guide customers to improve operations using Tulip. • Manage contract renewals and commercial expansion. • Coordinate across Customer Support, Sales, Product, and Professional Services.
What you’ll bring
• BA/BS required, MBA/Masters preferred. • 5+ years in Life Sciences client-facing roles. • Experience with GxP manufacturing change management. • Skilled in stakeholder and executive presentations. • Ability to travel up to 15%.
