About the role
Manage operational processes, reporting, and programs supporting Customer Success Management. Partner cross-functionally to enable effective scaling of the CS team.

• Own operational cadences for CS organization. • Translate business questions into clear problem statements. • Partner with Revenue Technology and Analytics. • Build cross-functional alignment with Sales and Finance. • Lead process improvement efforts end to end.

• 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations or similar. • Strong critical thinking and problem solving. • Bias toward execution and follow through. • Systems thinking and solution design. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
