About the role
Lead and manage a team to deliver and develop MedTech data products. Evaluate new healthcare datasets to expand coverage and improve data quality.
What you’ll do
• Manage and coach a team of 3-4 data analysts. • Own data quality and accuracy of MedTech products. • Lead evaluation of new healthcare data sources. • Develop methodology and validation frameworks. • Communicate priorities and risks to leadership.
What you’ll bring
• 4-8+ years in data analytics or product development. • Experience with large, complex datasets. • Healthcare or MedTech data experience preferred. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Prior people management or team lead experience preferred.
