About the role
Lead data science efforts to improve products and business by building predictive models and AI tools. Connect data across teams to measure impact and guide strategy.
What you’ll do
• Connect data across product, partner, and business systems. • Design and maintain data models and governed metric definitions. • Design and analyze experiments using causal inference. • Build predictive models for engagement, retention, and health. • Evaluate AI models and build internal AI tools.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in data science or analytics. • Strong SQL, Python, and modern data tooling experience. • Hands-on data modeling and metric definition skills. • Solid experimentation and causal inference skills. • Experience building and deploying predictive models.
