About the role
Lead database operations and engineering for secure federal and DoD-aligned environments. Ensure performance, security, and integration with development teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead database operations in IL5 cloud and on-premise environments. • Oversee schema governance and performance tuning. • Ensure compliance with DoD security and RMF controls. • Manage backup, recovery, replication, and failover strategies. • Collaborate with DevSecOps and application developers.
What you’ll bring
• Active Top Secret clearance with Tier 5 background. • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. • 10+ years in database administration or architecture. • Experience with IL5 security, RMF, STIG compliance. • Strong skills in PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
