About the role
Ensure seamless onboarding and activation of ChargePoint networked charging stations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for station owners.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end troubleshooting and activation process. • Diagnose and resolve activation failures. • Manage customer escalations via email and phone. • Coordinate dispatch requests for repairs and replacements. • Maintain accurate records and collaborate cross-functionally.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years technical support or deployment experience. • Associate degree or vocational diploma accepted. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with troubleshooting methodologies and software. • Understanding of cellular connectivity and charging hardware.
