About the role
Join Saphetor as a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure supporting genome data analysis platforms. Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
What you’ll do
• Design and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible. • Manage secure network architectures including VPCs and firewalls. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Workflows or Cloud Build. • Automate operational tasks with Python and Bash scripting. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and improve systems.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in Computer Science or related field. • 6+ years DevOps experience, 4+ years with UNIX/Linux systems. • Proficient with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Git/GitHub, networking concepts. • Experience with GCP and OCI cloud providers. • Fluent English communication skills.
