Lead AI engineering strategy and team to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions across digital products. Drive AI architecture, governance, and operational excellence at enterprise scale.
What you’ll do
• Define enterprise AI engineering roadmap and platforms. • Build and lead AI Engineering team with coaching and hiring. • Lead complex AI engineering challenges and technical decisions. • Establish AI architecture, interoperability, and reusable patterns. • Advance AI observability, governance, and operational excellence.
What you’ll bring
• 8-10+ years software or AI/ML engineering experience. • 3+ years leading engineering teams. • Experience designing and operating production AI systems. • Strong skills in Python and Java, Go, or C++. • Familiarity with AI governance and enterprise AI products.
