About the role
Lead the MAU Analytics and Data Science team to drive growth through analysis, models, and experiments. Develop team skills and embed AI-native practices in analytics work.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop decision and data scientists. • Own MAU driver model and forecast. • Drive strategy to grow MAU. • Establish analysis standards and quality. • Partner with Revenue and Data Engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in analytics or data science. • 5+ years senior leadership experience. • Expertise in inferential and causal analytics. • Proficient in SQL, Python or R. • Experience with Databricks and BI tools.
