About the role
Lead business operations and growth enablement for EVERSANA MEDICAL to achieve 20%+ annual growth. Partner with service leaders to improve processes, systems, metrics, collaboration, and growth.
What you’ll do
• Partner with service leaders across Medical Affairs, PV, Quality, Regulatory. • Run monthly operating reviews on pipeline, bookings, renewals, margin, capacity. • Establish Salesforce as single source of truth for lead to closed business. • Own RFI/RFP intake and bid strategy management. • Lead contracts function scaling and renewals excellence.

• Experience leading commercial operations and business growth. • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Expertise in Salesforce and contract lifecycle management. • Ability to develop and coach teams. • Skilled in process standardization and metrics reporting.
