About the role
Lead the strategic growth and profitability of the fresh grocery category including produce, meat, and seafood. Manage end-to-end execution and cross-functional collaboration to drive business success.
What you’ll do
• Full P&L ownership for fresh grocery division. • Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations. • Lead cross-functional alignment across merchandising and supply chain. • Develop assortment and localization strategies. • Oversee pricing, quality, and merchandising standards.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years leadership in grocery or fresh food operations. • Experience managing vendor relations and contracts. • Proven financial accountability with P&L management. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
