About the role
Lead Monzo's Global Tax team and advise on tax implications of new business developments. Ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies across multiple regions.
What you’ll do
• Define global tax strategy and risk appetite. • Lead international expansion tax structuring. • Manage transfer pricing and intragroup financing. • Oversee all group tax types and compliance. • Lead and mentor the tax team.
What you’ll bring
• Qualified tax professional (CTA, ACA, ACCA, ADIT or equivalent). • Experience leading in-house tax teams in banking or fintech. • Strong leadership and coaching skills. • Expertise in cross-border tax and transfer pricing. • Familiarity with operational and customer taxes in financial services.
