About the role
Lead qualitative data collection and analysis for patient-centered research projects. Build a center of excellence supporting scientific teams with methodological expertise.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement annual QDA business plans. • Manage staff and oversee qualitative research delivery. • Collaborate with PCR solution teams and vendors. • Drive thought leadership and continuous scientific improvement. • Manage qualitative research technologies including AI-enabled solutions.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years qualitative research leadership experience. • PhD in relevant scientific discipline preferred. • Knowledge of patient centered research and GCP. • Strong team leadership and communication skills. • Ability to develop business strategies and manage budgets.
