About the role
Manage technology, processes, and operations for GitLab's partner ecosystem. Use AI to automate workflows and scale ecosystem operations.
What you’ll do
• Design and govern partner processes and deal registration. • Manage partner tiering, onboarding, and incentives. • Administer partner technology ecosystem and maintain data integrity. • Lead integrations and user acceptance testing with IT and Finance. • Build AI agents to automate operational workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in B2B SaaS channel or partner operations. • Hands-on with Impartner or equivalent PRM platform. • Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge including partner objects. • Familiarity with partner programs and transaction structures. • Experience designing processes and using AI tools for automation.
