About the role
Work as a freelance embedded/firmware engineer with strong Linux and hardware debugging skills. Develop and maintain embedded Linux systems and firmware for various hardware platforms.
What you’ll do
• Design and maintain embedded Linux distributions. • Bring up new hardware platforms and debug issues. • Develop BSP, bootloaders, and Linux kernel drivers. • Write efficient C/C++ code for system services. • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years embedded/firmware development experience. • Strong C/C++ skills for embedded systems. • Experience with Yocto or Buildroot. • Knowledge of Linux kernel, device drivers, device tree. • CI/CD experience for embedded projects.
