About the role
Lead post-sale strategy and execution for ClickUp's largest enterprise clients. Manage delivery, stakeholder relationships, and AI adoption to ensure client success.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary client contact for delivery. • Deliver engagements on scope, schedule, and budget. • Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage risks. • Drive AI adoption and post-go-live outcomes. • Identify expansion opportunities and track value.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years software/services delivery experience. • Proven enterprise SaaS deployment leadership. • Strong SaaS implementation fundamentals knowledge. • Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methods. • Executive presence and commercial acumen.
