About the role
Lead reliability engineering for aircraft systems development, integration, testing, and operation. Manage reliability budgets and improve aircraft availability and mission success.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain aircraft-level reliability requirements. • Manage reliability budgets across systems and subsystems. • Perform reliability predictions and analyses. • Lead Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System activities. • Communicate reliability performance and risks to leadership and customers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. • 5+ years experience in reliability or aerospace engineering. • Experience with aircraft development and reliability budgets. • Proficiency with FMEA, FMECA, FTA, RBD, Weibull analysis. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
