About the role
Lead engineering issue resolution for low-voltage harness systems during production and launch. Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
• Lead engineering issue resolution for LV harness systems. • Own triage for production and field concerns. • Provide technical direction during plant escalations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams for issue resolution. • Support launch and ramp-up activities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering. • 5-8 years automotive product engineering experience. • Knowledge of LV harness routing and automotive connection systems. • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions. • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, Safe Launch, and quality methods.
