About the role
Lead a growing AI-native R&D team combining people management with hands-on coding and architecture. Own technical execution from concept to production readiness using AI-assisted development practices.
What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ engineers. • Run performance reviews and career development conversations. • Hire and onboard engineers for a fast-moving environment. • Own R&D initiatives end to end. • Use AI coding assistants and agentic frameworks in workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years software engineering experience. • 4+ years engineering management experience. • Hands-on with AI coding assistants and agentic workflows. • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET or comparable backend. • Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
