About the role

What you’ll do
• Provide technical leadership in audits, HVAC, M&V, and tool development. • Manage team workload and project execution. • Mentor and grow engineering talent. • Oversee financial and operational resources. • Lead scope and budget development.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical, civil or environmental engineering. • 10+ years in energy efficiency or sustainability consulting. • 8+ years people management experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
