About the role
Manage global equity programs including RSUs and ESPP to ensure accurate and compliant equity administration. Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and People teams to deliver a seamless employee equity experience.
What you’ll do
• Manage day-to-day equity program administration. • Coordinate RSU releases and tax withholding. • Administer ESPP enrollment and purchases. • Maintain accurate equity records and reconciliations. • Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 5–7 years equity administration experience. • Experience with RSUs and ESPP administration. • Coordinate equity tax withholding and payroll reporting. • Experience with global equity programs. • Strong Excel and communication skills.
