What you’ll do
• Lead project teams onboarding new customers. • Manage end-to-end implementation processes. • Proactive project management across customers. • Lead training and Q&A sessions with customers. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• 3 to 6 years implementing finance/procurement tools. • Experience with ERP/procurement tools like Coupa, SAP, Oracle. • Strong communication and documentation skills. • Attention to detail and proactive approach. • Strong data management skills in MS Excel.
