About the role
Support two VPs in the Chief Revenue Officer organization by managing calendars, travel, events, recruiting, and expenses. Build trusted relationships and establish reliable processes to help leaders focus on delivering customer value.
What you’ll do
• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones. • Prepare leadership meetings and coordinate agendas. • Coordinate domestic and international travel. • Plan and execute off-sites and team-building activities. • Partner with recruiting on interviews and onboarding.
