About the role
Lead Monzo's global Fraud & Disputes Risk team to protect customers and grow the business. Manage fraud strategy, controls, and cross-functional initiatives across UK and EU banks.
What you’ll do
• Lead fraud strategy and operational execution. • Design and roll out fraud controls. • Embed threat intelligence and analytics. • Coordinate cross-functional fraud initiatives. • Coach and develop fraud risk team.
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading fraud strategy teams. • Knowledge of UK & EU fraud regulations. • Skilled in tech-driven fraud strategies. • Proven track record in large-scale projects. • Relevant industry qualification (ICA, Cifas, ACAMS, CFE).
