Lead development of post-order customer experience features to improve satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and roadmap.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement features impacting customer experience. • Iterate on features to improve UX and performance. • Adopt strong software architecture and best practices. • Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews. • Support on-call rotation for 24/7 uptime.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years software engineering experience. • Proficient in ReactJS, Kotlin/Java, GraphQL, MySQL. • Experience with cloud architecture and backend APIs. • Knowledge of service-oriented architectures. • Advanced English and generative AI skills.
