About the role
Lead growth marketing efforts across multiple pods to drive customer conversion and financial inclusion in Africa. Own and manage campaigns and experiments to optimize customer lifecycle and loan growth.
What you’ll do
• Own reactivation and upgrade campaigns in Repeat Phones pod. • Take over Digital Lending pod after learning phase. • Build and run multi-channel campaigns in CleverTap. • Track funnel performance and identify drop-off points. • Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in growth or lifecycle marketing with real ownership. • Strong judgment to make strategic calls. • Experience with CRM platforms like CleverTap or Braze. • Comfortable analyzing funnels and cohorts. • Ability to build trust with senior leads across pods.
