About the role
Responsible for delivering product implementation and support activities for Insperity Workday product and software as a service. Includes client discussions, training, and project documentation.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate with project management to meet deadlines. • Consult with clients on HCM system configuration. • Advise on implementation strategies and best practices. • Perform discovery sessions and document specifications. • Provide client training on Workday platform.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience. • 5-7 years in systems integration or HRMS implementation. • Ability to interpret tax rules for software configuration. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Expertise in payroll, HR reporting, and accounting fundamentals.
